I am a full-time licensed Realtor and have been working in Des Moines since 1992. Why is that important? As a full-time Realtor this is my occupation. You, the client, are my highest priority. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a member of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors (DMAAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). While the titles may not mean much to you, they indicate my experience and commitment to this business and to you. I can show you any house listed on the market regardless of the Real Estate Company that has it listed.

I specialize in residential real estate throughout the Des Moines metro area and outlaying communities. I also have expertise selling acreages, farms, and hunting ground.

On a personal note, I am also a Retired Air National Guardsman. I am involved in Christian service through several organizations. I have been married to my bride Barb since 1983. We have 3 children and, as of today, 9 grandchildren. I enjoy family, friends, outdoor recreation of all sorts.
